i had a lil question though...im planning to make this yoghurt dip for eid and i cant find any greek youghurt here in mauritius...would normal yoghurt be ok for the dish along with kofta?

@yushra yes you can use regular yogurt. If the yogurt is not sour, then add 3 tbs of lemon juice to it :)

@yushra Yes you can use regular plain yogurt but you will need about 50% more as you will need to strain it to remove the excess liquid as greek yogurt is much thicker, strain it with a coffee filter or tea cloth in a colander, it will need to strain for approx 2 hours.
