Any tips on how to make a home speed bag video? Would you suggest having an order of combinations planned out or just freestyle? Camera angle and lighting?

Good display of technique and timing. Your rebounds appear to be slow, albeit rhythmic and fluid. To push your routine to the next level, you should invest in a ringside pro swivel. They range from 14 dollars to about 40 dollars and are worth the price. A smaller speedbag(5x8 is what I have) will challange your handspeed and promote accuracy.
