  • Frank, When I was 13 years old, Norm (Rat) Selberg and I sold tickets for you door to door, to sponser you to come up here, (to show Yankees how Bluegrass is really played) The money we raised from that show allowed us to start the RRBA (I became a banjo picker because of the interest we generated) It was at the Regency Inn, in East Grand Forks, MN in about 1984- you were coming back from the Winnipeg Folk Festival. It was an evening I will never forget! Glad u still are wowing the crowds!
