Wanker on Bicycle, No Helmet & Talking on Mobile Phone Whilst Riding!

Here's a clever young man (& I use the term 'clever' sparingly!) riding along the street. No helmet, holding his phone, chatting away! Really GOOD rider, isn't he??

Only a few months ago, I nearly ran over another young kid, who crossed the road in front of me, in the DARK, with no helmet, mobile in hand, texting while riding! He didn't even LOOK! Just rode straight across a main road, texting away!

Any1 SEE a trend here???

1 most of it is an act, 2 he was riding dangerously, no helmet, & using phone!

Luckily we don't yet have such draconian laws in the UK.

It's mentioned every time in "Daily Mail" accident reports. (our vilest tabloid rag) - as if not wearing a helmet makes cyclists liable if cagers hit them .
