The Kitheronas mountain ridge is located in the region of Voiotia Central Greece. It extends from the Gulf of Corinth in the west to the pass at Kaza in the east. This flight extended from Kopaida to Kapareli and within vew of Porto Germeno. Flying an ultra-light trike in Greece is a unique experience due to the morphology of the ground. Flying slow and low one can see many different sites while crossing small distances. The mountainous topology offers challenges that pilots of the plains never experience. A trike can literally soar like a hang glider on some occasions with the engine idling while taking advantage of the winds bumping of mountainous ridges.
