  • What about a student loan of the department of education?

    Do they also use promissory notes?

    I think they work all together with the bankers because its their jurisdiction

  • the 1989 act on mortgages is a very significant one, as yet I have not been able to find out why but mortgages before then were different, I do hope someone uncovers the reasons. Does there need to be 2 signatures before 1989? please add me I want to challenge my building society
