Whooping cranes are rare Kansas visitors twice a year in Kansas. See them now in central Kansas.

  • We have Two here in Southwest Florida, show up every year then go away. This year though they are together, on a nest, I wonder if a new arrival will be? And no it is not a Sand-hill unless a sand-hill is white, red head, black tips on wings.......

  • I was fortunate enough to be able to go to Cheyenne Bottoms and Quivira NWR last week to see these spectacular birds. A big thanks to all the employees and volunteers at both places.
