Teacher Cindy Mitchell describes a school-within-a-school program which has reduced at-risk students' behavioral incidents by almost 90% and their failed classes by about 80%--while at the same time being fiscally responsible.
Mitchell works in the Hudson School District in Hudson, Wisconsin. She sat down for this interview at the Wisconsin Graduation Summit, March 2, 2010, where she gave a sectional presentation.
