  • @minor7b5b9 What do you think of the version by Heifetz?

  • what violin is that

  • @minor7b5b9 Perlman and Vengerov in the same level with stern but these are realy high levels of playing there are realy small diferences they all play extremly well and then it is how each of them see the piece how he understands music so i think the corect expresion is that you like sterns aproaching to this piece better !! he is really very musical!!

  • @minor7b5b9 mintz

  • @minor7b5b9 Stern did have a magical touch and I love his playing..but take a listen to his mentor, Shlomo Mintz play this piece..he definitely got something from his close association with Mr. Stern..Mintz is something else. I also love Stern's Tzigane and Rondo and Caprissioso, his Geminiani

  • its a clip from it.. its about all violinists.

its on youtube, the art of violin.

  • If anyone has played Mendesohn's Violin Concerto in E minor "better" than Stern, I'd certainly like to hear it.

  • that's all?

  • the art of violin.

  • Are you serious?? Anyone with an ear can tell each of those artists apart within a couple bars or less.
