  • ...but I thought we have to eat all fresh and raw; in particular fruits like the ananas, were all useful vitamins are in form of raw

  • @TheMimisport Yes pure fresh juicy raw is better. But dehydrating is no hotter than fruit that fell on the ground and got heated by the summer sun.

  • is braggs raw/unpasterized too? nama shoyu has gluten in it ...braggs doesnt could be a better option maybe?

  • @lifesagardenyadigit Never heard of Nama Shoyu having gluten. My personal experience is that my body does not react well with Braggs but much better with NS.

  • @TheMimisport at 115 degrees, you aren't actually "cooking", just warming, and you don't kill the live enzymes. :)

  • my question is, why do you want to eat "fake bacon" and dont call it what it is? its roasted coconut, isn't it?
