Warm Leatherette is a song originally crafted by the band The Normal. It was originally released in 1978. Daniel Miller (of the band) went on to form the Mute record company. The song was later covered by Grace Jones on her 1980 studio album of the same name. The song has been covered many times and this is just another cover on an ever lengthening list of covers. Enjoy.
One of my favorite versions of the song was crafted by Chicks On Speed and that version is what prompted me to do my version. Check out a sample of their version.

Here is Grace Jones doing her take on the song. It is a damn good version I must say. Still one of my favorites. She was such a sexy beast in her day. Yum!
