@bradtheman19 he used to own timber wolf lodge,the resort was going to forclosure on the morning of thursday June2nd he lit his livingquarters andthe lodge onfire anddied with his 9yearold pit bull.the next morning.detectives and the ely fire department showed up and found 2 bodies now identified.the bodies were of Doug Brown, the owner, and his 9yearold pit bull,max.i was devistated to hear about that.the remains of the resort are now used as the living quarters of a teen boys military school

@bradtheman19 oh my gosh!! I'm just now seeing this comment!! That is so devastating to hear! I had only been there that one time many years ago (and had no idea what the owners name was) but we had such a great time there. Thanks for letting me know, I've been thinking about going back there ever since then - guess that won't happen :(
