Why bamboo? Only aesthetics? How are the bamboo joints attached? Would that type of floor support a full house equipped with appliances? Would that withstand wind and serf?

@JonaVicis Hi, Jona, those are good questions. This video represents just the conceptual design, we do have the structural design with all the details but just in 2d drawings

how much would something of this design cost to build? Do you sell the design? What about plumbing, sewage and electrical? How much minimum land would be needed? Thanks, just basic questions for now.

The only solution I can think of for joining the bamboo would be to place steel rods inside the bamboo.

0:15 Are you using concrete pillars for the foundation? Very polluting to manufacture. How do you power the appliances? Maybe you should consider integrating rooftop solar panels. Btw, Chinese Feng Shui considers sand to be part of the ocean. We don't build in the ocean - too unstable.
