I am enjoying your tutorial but I just wanted to share some stuff with you. Parks and such don't have to connect to the road to get the benefit from them, so the no connection zot things you de-zone that don't have a road by them can be used for parks. Also, you don't have to de-zone them before you put the park down, you can just skip that step and put a park right over the zone.

Yeah, I actrually knew that but I just haven't done a tutorial on parks and stuff yet. :)
