My Animated Desktop

Old video (Pre-Snow Leopard) these items no longer work.
A video of my MacBook Pro's desktop in action. "X-Galaxy" Screensaver running as wallpaper with Wraith 2021's DesktopScrSvr1.1
Also seen is a custom HUD style window for "About this Mac" with my own custom Apple logo.

@flyingtrace Nope it ran like a dream. My MacBook Pro can handle a 70MB fullscreen video wallpaper while working with huge Photoshop files no problem. SSD drive + 8GB RAM makes everything run lag free on this computer.

How did you do that? I know how to do the wallpaper screensavers, but that About this Mac window looked sick!

@BrandonGoRefuge The method I used no longer works in Snow Leopard. I tried it again a couple weeks ago and had to reinstall SL because it messed up OS X

@FrankyVInternational That was with Leopard. It's possibly incompatible with Snow Leopard which new Macs would have.

It would be possible with Quartz Desktop.

In Settings You Can Use The Switch Desktop Every 5 seconds and each five seconds pictures change like a slideshow but its your desktop (^_^)
