Sharks are so overfished that they are becoming extinct. Do not buy any shark products for any reason. Here's why: it's killing the oceans. When sharks disappear from an ecosystem, the smaller fish take over and the food chain collapses. Billions rely on the sea for food.

Sharks may be resistant to some cancers, but they are not immune. Taking shark oil supplements doesn't necessarily convey this power to humans anyway, so don't waste your money. I'd like to know it's mercury content, too.
