Clive Davis could have made Tarralyn a huge star, he chose to stay vested in Whitney Houston and it is clear that her voice is fried. Jennifer Hudson can't riff and do the vocal gymnastics Tarralyn and Whitney can do. I am hoping and praying Tarralyn wins The Voice competition now on NBC and her career takes off finally.

@Shevaldinho123 -- I KNOW! They may be the best girls on the show.. I can't remember what girls r on the other teams, but anyway.. This is showing me that maybe being a coach on this show isn't such a good idea for xtina bcause if u r gonna boot certain people off that are really good, that doesn't make the COACH look good imo. If you were trying to say I said that...I said nothing about America that I can recall. Plus, Frenchie good, but she is NO Tarralyn. If America voted, and Frenchie won, it's beause they know her from American Idol and related to her personality moreso than Tarralyn. It would have absolutely NOTHING to do with the voice (which is what the tv was called).

@razzp christina is the best selling artist of this decade behind madonna , just because beyonce got the artist of the millennium by billboard doesn't mean she is the best selling artist , christina aguilera is indeed the voice of her genertaion , despise her technique , he still can give people a run for their money as for who proclaim . justin timberlakke , celine , whiteny , patti and many more. brit have more sales due to more albums

@acidginger Who proclaimed Christina as the voice of the decade? Her fans? In the 90s there were 3. Mariah, Whitney, and Celine had almost equal level of success. Vocally they are peers. I'm not sure about the 2000s. I think you really need to have both a powerful voice and a huge commercial success to be called such. I don't think Christina is the most successful big voiced singer of her generation. I will not drop names, but I know who they are.
