Does anyone remember Winter's show from the late 60's to the 70's (I think). He had some strange looking hippy character with long stringy hair who would always say "I'm With Youuuuuuu!!" and Winter's would say "NO, You're Not!!!" Does anyone know who that was?

This was from one of Winters' 15 minute shows on NBC in the spring of 1957 {Tuesdays, 7:30-7:45pm(et), just before the 15 minute "HUNTLEY-BRINKLEY REPORT"!). Tums sponsored him on alternate weeks; Richardson-Vicks the other ones (that WAS Art Fleming!). The show's announcer was DON PARDO...who'd later be Art's announcer on....
