This was a bit of fun... used a nearly maxed out Guts, that's why I cut through Zodd like a hot knife through butter.... anyway, did some stuff to help with blending...

@tehsmack "Boss Battles" (not within the story mode) mode doesn't have a difficulty setting (from what I remember...been a while since I've played it). The bosses tend to 'just stand there' so that they can perform counters as you strike.

Because Kentaro Miura is history's slowest mangaka and there simply wasn't any more material to go on. Also, they cut out about 40% of the really nasty violence and about 75% of the rape and the show was still a ratings nightmare. After the Eclipse, it ramps up the demonic rape, disemboweling childbirths, and cannibal orgies by roughly 2000%, so that's probably discouraged further anime adaptions.

They did, only came out on Dreamcast though, it's slightly boring since it's just a non-stop attack beat'em up with lots of animated scenes between, but if you like berserk it's a nice addition to the series. It takes place during the months between volume 22 and 23. US name was Sword of the Berserk: Guts's Rage, it came out before the manga was released in the US so some of the story elements in the manual and profiles aren't entirely accurate, but the story itself is decent
