Darts Farm in Topsham near Exeter Devon, hosts many food and drink events from their award winning farm shop. This event was a master class with their butcher from Gerald David Butchers. The theme was Spring Lamb and Paul Crockett the butcher shared his butchery skills by cutting the lamb and giving uses for each cut.
