  • I've never heard anyone explain yoga breathing and the nuances of how it relates to the body in such a clear way-- this was actually awesome- plain spoken rather than new age space cadet yoga. Very cool!!!

  • This dvd is very detailed, amazing and soothing. This is thee best by far!!!

  • Thx!

  • Beautiful video.

  • Pranayama....what a great presentation!!

  • good combination of Yoga and philosophy.

  • Yoga has alot of benefits...Especially lasting longer in bed..I bet that guy can go forever..Alot of ppl call it gay but that guy has two flexibel girls next to him and he's in great shape...So don't knock it till you've tried it guys...

  • Strengthening the mind and body. Also learning to breathe effectively...flexibility, de-stressing.

I thought it was so stupid before I started it, but if you consistently do it once or twice a week to begin, you see a lot of difference in all areas. It's best to do it in the morning - start your day of relaxed with a clear mind.

  • @brabsy91 What is Yoga good for?

  • Great video. I think that many people know that yoga is good for them, but they don't understand why - or know what the full benefits of the practice are. This video does a great job of helping us understand WHY.

    Thumbs up!

  • Awesome!
