new parking laws part 2

Shift change- New Lt. in town, trying to make his own parking laws and not following the City and County of Honolulu's parking laws. According to this Lt., anybody can park a vehicle in the City and County of Honolulu on a sidewalk, as long as a person can walk around the vehicle, without having to walk on the road. Hmmm.... So that means Hawaii residents, that we all can park a small car or any size vehicle on a sidewalk,( hey, does that include Waikiki, ha,ha,ha,ha,ha.) as long as there is enough room for a person to walk around it, without having to walk on the road!! Are you LISTENING police chief louis kealoha??? Here's another one of your fine high ranking officer with 32 years behind him?!?!?! LOL!!
