Unfortunately my Doctor just told me this week that my potassium levels are too high. I took a full panel blood test and everything was great except for that.
I'm mediterranean so Tomatoes and Avocados are a big staple in my life . Now I can't have them regularly. It sucks.

i notice that when i drink orange juice i DONT SWELL . i actually feel less bloated and also i dont have blood in my urine anymore . since i have been drinking orange juice
