i swear i didnt look this up or anything but i am 13 and i found out how this works alright u no how when u watch someone chew there muscles move thts them pushing there teeth together / and what do u do when ur concentrating grind ur teeth witch is essentially the same thing so the harder u concentrate "flex your chewing muscles" the more pressure gets put on the ball.
