i got the same problem with my n9?? what did you do to fix it?? the problem in my phone is not constant,, usually it happens after charging,, and eventually become ok after few minutes..

@pauloamboy I never managed to fix the problem, so I had to change two other new devices, with this third device which is what I have currently only been once very lightly made that problem but then thankfully never returned to do. So if your device is still under warranty, you should replace it as soon as possible. Good luck
