And come on man, name a single computer manufacturer that doesn't cheap-out on some component or other, be it the screen, the chassis, the internal components, the battery, the finish, the silicone inside it or whatever...

It all comes down to preference, Some like PC, some like mac. I hate mac because I find them confusing. I also like knowing that I can build my own PC using what ever parts I can find and PC has lots of redundancy. Mac tends to be more efficient with less redundancy, Both can be temperamental, both can and will fail as often as the other. My dad uses Mac, I use PC, we both get what we want out of out computers.
