AIR DISPLAY WWII PLANES SUPER8 FILM SPITFIRE P40 DC3 TORP AIRPORT 1987 Super 8 sound film

Unedited, shot with a Super8 camera on 8mm film Kodachrome K40 Sound. Camera used was Canon 1014 XL-S
Originally there was shot 3 cartridges but the "best" one disappeared in it way back or forth to the processing lab in Switzerland.

My brother borrowed my cam on this occation. It was his first time using a movie camera a Canon 1014 XL-S

Hi. Thanks. This was shot at a time when the Kodachrome K40 appeared as outstanding to me. The K40 film was discontinued several years ago now. The lab who processed it was Kodak´s lab in Lausanne, Switzerland. Also this lab closed its doors in 2006 or so.

The 1014 XLS is a great cam but so is yours so it may not be worth going for the 1014 but if you can get your hands on a good sample at a reasonable price - go for it.

Thanks for great film. You are very steady on your camera. I use Canon 814XL But i would love to have the 1014 Thats very good camera. Can you share with me who you use for process in swiss?
