Let's Play Final Fantasy #01 - Prophecy

I thought I'd Let's Play a game that is remotely popular this time. It doesn't do me any good to do obscure games if no one is looking for them. I'm surprised no one has done this game yet, but the "official" list says that the project was abandoned, so I'm going to give it a shot.

Unlike my previous Let's Play videos, I'm going to attempt to edit out the battles this time around. I'll show enough of them to give you an idea of how you should fight new enemies, but I'm not going to waste video time showing old battles again.

Also, this is going to be more of a walkthrough than a commentary. I think I tried too hard to be funny in my last videos. If something sets me up for a joke, I'll probably say something or comment on it, but that's not going to be my focus.

I love how the king calls for warriors of light but gives them no armor or weapons to do the job, or at least some money...something....if that happpened today people would tell the king to go f*** himself and go to the bar or something

After watching this let's play a while ago, I've been waiting for the origins remake to hit PSN. I saw it today and instantly bought it. $10 for the two games.

i just bought this one for my ipod... i chose the theif for my second, and he's doing very well.. i guess they boosted him for the remakes

@guanxingpingyu Perfect, I think I actually have that one. It came with my Playstation version of Chrono Trigger.

@gekkman34 Yeah no doubt if you want to play an old school 2-d FF you need to play FF2. I think it's FF4 in japan. But that is still my fav FF to this day even beyond the 3d ones.

I've only played the 3D Final Fantasy games. Favorite is easily FFIX, amazing game. Can anyone recommend which 2D Final Fantasy game I should try first?
