Why is the backyard for the kids soooo frickin important??????? I mean, they're not going to ALWAYS want to be in the backyard and eventually they will grow up and the backyard won't matter. Sheez...LOL

What's with the obsession about being on the same level as the kids? Unless the kids are really little or they're pyromaniacs, I doubt that would pose a real problem. They must not trust their own kids.

I liked home 1 more... So what there would be development behind the house? Until then the kid would have a great lace to play... better than the grass he they were obsessed about.

there's no way these folks had a big yard on the east coast. . .i've been trapped in boston for 5 years now and nobody has grass. You can't beat the NW when it comes to amazing prices and green-space. . .i wanna go backkkkkk
