created by bruce lee? hardly, shaolin monks have been tought this method for the last 1000 years; techniques such as finger zen, and shaolin snake, as well as immortal hand.

You are probably right but as for me, he was the creator b/c he was the one I first saw perform the exercise and the one who I was inspired to learn from. Actually as human beings we are all creators and destroyers. Bruce Lee created his own expression of the two finger pushup and I created my own as well. I did not see a monk perform it and then copy, I did it my own way that was even different than Bruce.

When i watched the bruce lee video he only did three and he looked like he was about to fall flat on his belly then suddenly after the third push up he goes foward quickly.i think its just the camera image or view that shows that he is not having trouble

It is a lot of pressure on the fingers when you do it that way, I'm not going to lie. At first I was wondering why he was doing it so slowly I thought he was purposefully making it seem harder than it really was but then when I switched my feet up to be like his I realized that it is much more difficult to do it that way. Well anyway Bruce Lee was great b/c he was great in many things. But there are great gymnasts out there that can do amazing things with their bodies as well.

i was just wondering because my friend said that its the wrong way i shouldn`t believe him and he also said that Bruce lee did the two finger push up without any stress is that true ??

There is a video on YouTube showing Bruce Lee doing the pushups, you can see it for yourself. Yes, he made it look very easy with no stress and it is a lot harder to do it with the form that he did it in. To my knowledge he is the one who first came up with the exercise to demonstrate his strength.
