Sifu Grados began his Wing Chun training in 1976. His unique street fighting skills enabled him to progress quickly in the system and to successfully apply his Wing Chun in real life situations.

After learning from the best instructor New York City had to offer he continued his training by traveling to seminars given by some of the best instructors in the Wing Chun system.

It was at one of these seminars in 1986 that he met Master Augustine Fong of Tucson Arizona and became his student. It was Master Fong who taught the finer concepts and principles of Wing Chun to Sifu Grados.

In 1990 with Master Fong's letter of recommendation and his blessings as well, he started to teach his system of Wing Chun. At the time Sifu Grados was the only instructor of Fong's Wing Chun Gung-Fu in New York City, and he was a member of Fong's Wing Chun Gung-Fu Federation from 1990-98.

In 1998, with over 20 years of training in Wing Chun, Sifu Grados founded the Grados Wing Chun Gung Fu Organization, and began teaching The Grados Wing Chun System. Merging traditional Wing Chun with his own extensive street fighting experience, The Grados Wing Chun System and training methods prepare students for the harsh reality of street combat.

Sifu Grados is currently appearing regularly on public access TV. He has also appeared twice on the 10 o'clock evening news on WPIX. He has a successful video titled Through The Years which has been advertised through Inside Kung-Fu Magazine.

He is currently teaching at his studio in New York City as well as giving private lessons and seminars.
