Isn't she of Russian descent? Anyway it would be great if she could medal for Australia. I felt badly for Australia at Sydney-I really thought they would do well and fight for medals there but they did happily win a World Team bronze and who knows? They may surprize at Beijing-especially Daria. She's a lovely gymnast.

I love the way that someone not from the top few countries (USA, China, Russia, Romania) can still be a contender for gold medals at the olympics! This routine is gorgeous, especially that comaneci release move!

I love Dasha! She's amazing and she's such a joy to watch! She always brings so much personality into everything she does. I was soooo glad to see a fluff of her!
