yes, for most of New Jersey Transit (since 1983) the Pascack Valley Line has been rush hour only, as far as I know there are 7 trains in the morning to hoboken, not sure about evening rush thought

no the way they were going to spring valley it a gp 40 probably mostly the gp 40's are 4106 4102 4208 4111 4105 and more those are the ones i see most. my station is nanuet do you think you can get a shot at it

sadly i dont know. However i do know NJ Transit has approved the funding to make the line bidirectional and run 7 days a week by the end of 2007. Right now it only runs rush hours... to Hoboken AM - to Spring Valley PM
