Men's & Women's Basketball - A-Sun Semifinals

In the semifinal round of the 2010 General Shale Brick Atlantic Sun Conference Tournament in Macon, Ga., March 5, ETSU's No. 5 seed men's basketball team faced No. 8 Kennesaw State, who upset No. 1 Lipscomb the day before to advance to the next round. Junior Micah Williams led the Bucs for the second straight game, scoring 20 points on top of his 32 against Campbell in the quarterfinals, on the way to a 69-64 win over conference all-freshman nominee Markeith Cummings and the Owls.

In the women's bracket, No. 1 ETSU met No. 4 Belmont in semfinal action and handed them a 77-63 loss. Senior Siarre Evans recorded her second consecutive double-double in the tournament, 53rd for her career, with 25 points and 12 rebounds. Junior Tarita Gordon added 20 points.
