Wow, amazing insight. I was in a relationship for the past 5 years but just broke it off because I have been very unhappy with it for the past 8 months. The girl would go through me emails, read my private IM chats with friends and even spend my money without telling me. Then I finally broke it oh she said she was happy happy with me and I was heartless and wasn't "trying". I feel like I was used and I'm finally happy again, without her.

Is it considered a bad relationship if you haven't had sex in 3 months, you don't say hi to each other when you get home, you don't say good night, you have different tastes in music and movies, different hobbies, have been dating for 5 years yet the topic of marriage has never come up? I'm not sure..

Well, honestly, I can't see how it could get any worse. If habit & guilt keep you in that relationship just because it has been so long, I urge you to re-evaluate your situation and make a strong but correct move away from this situation for the sake of both of you.
