Okay ladies and gents this is a labor intensive one. It's not for the faint of heart nor time constrained but the effort is worth every single compliment you'll get on this one. I had been dying to use this Konad plate for ages! It's gorgeous but requires a mani that will make the little designs come alive. You can tone it down by perhaps not putting on the nail art jewels, but I think they made the design even more eye catching and special.
