Spring Railfan Trip 1997 Part 4

Welcome to part 4! We continue with some more action at Dolton, IL. Where we see some IHB and action on the UP-CSX line. This was back when you still get somewhat close to the diamonds. Some of the Harbors older units are seen at work here. The new connections and signal bridge had recently been completed as well. The next morning we're in Franklin Park, IL. as a SOO Line Geep leads a transfer to Norpaul Yard on the now gone IHB mainline, it's now a street!. Later on another day where back at Hammond In, it was rainny and foggy but...........The action was worth the trip. this was also when Amtrak got into the shipping business and a lot of head end cars are seen on some trains. We then head over near Michigan Ave. yard and follow IHB 8788 as it works nearby industries on the joint EJ&E-IHB trackage. see you in Part 5!

Can someone provide me with more information on the UP SD40-2 at 1:03?

I thought that only CSX units carried Operation RedBlock logos? Why does this UP unit have one? I've never seen one like that before. Thank you.
