On January 6, 2011, Kezia Bethel refused to pledge and to stand for the reciting of the Pledge of Allegiance and was assaulted by deputy Rick White initiated by Mark A. Raleigh the criminal principal who told him to remove her from the Boone County High School classroom in violation of the (Ky. Rev. Stat. Ann. ยง 158.175(1) (2005)) law of Florence, Kentucky which not only allowed Kezia to remain sitting, but also she may have been allowed to recite the LORD'S PRAYER instead of the pledge to the flag: Also, she was told by her principal to stop passing out her Christian religious tracts and was also falsely arrested and dragged out of her class room and placed on a stretcher by law enforcement officers because she refused to stand and pledge allegiance to the flag and refused to report to the principal's office EACH and every time the pledge was administered. On January 05, 2011 a Federal Lawsuit was already filed (Case # 2-11-2) requesting for an injunction relief against Randy Poe the Superintendent and Mark A Raleigh for violating Kezia and her families' constitutional and civil rights.
