Sorry to hear it. Our's was fine. I got the impression that they had taken over a number of companies and hastily re-decorated the other companies campers with Britz logos, so it's a bit pot luck.
My advice to others would be to turn up as early as you can. I.e. give yourself as much time as you can before you have to set off, and maybe you will get a choice of campers.
If I went back, I think it would be after I retire. And I would be much more adventurous.
