My passion for bodybuilding, the gym, fitness, and changing peoples physiques has spanned a period of 32 years. As you will be able to see I have won more titles than most and have had the opportunity to enjoy a couple of extra sports along the way like yachting, mountain biking, kayaking, rock climbing, and now heavily involved in Road racing. I initially enjoyed 2nd place in 2007 within the Midwestern Council with a Formula Ford, open wheel race car. Unprecented for "the rookie" at the track - I just won the 2008 Championship for Formula Ford race cars within the Midwestern Council.




So as not to spoil very much more I again welcome and invite you to come back frequently to see the many things I will be adding over the next couple of months.
