It's "Amiga" OS, and the dock was never a standard part of Amiga OS when NeXTSTEP or OPENSTEP was on the market.

Oh, and the rest of the UI is descended from the macintosh, which was designed by most of the same people. Since the concept of the GUI was licensed from xerox by apple in exchange for shares, nobody ripped off anything. Except Commodore-Amiga. Oops!

This pre-dates Amiga OS 3.9 by at least a decade so the dock could not have been ripped off.

The dock reminds me of the Windowmaker window manager... which I believe was inspired by NeXTSTEP anyway.

There was NEVER in the ENTIRE HISTORY of the Amiga, a 68040 based machine that sold for only $500.
