Some tips, my thoughts & Haters :-P

Just wanted to share my thoughts and give some advice on weight loss. If you're attempting to lose weight, my main advice to you is to figure what works for you!! So search different weight loss methods, try them, if they don't work and you don't feel good while doing it then try something else!

Oh and I got me a youtube hater! lol isn't that something!

thanx, im canceling embedding on all of them. My bf though said that they are programs that you can download videos off of youtube. smh at the lengths ppl go to.
