About 18 months ago, my hands were very weak and I also couldn't lift a glass of water or cup of tea unless I used both hands. One false move/ one sudden bout of weakness and I'd have ended up with scalded arms just from picking up a cup of tea!

I am very forunate when it comes to pain. I do get some, but it is usually bearable. I do get muscle spasms.
