i don't think this card can actually reach the performance of a 4870 but it is a good buy since u can oc it pass 4850 default easy and less to worry about in term of cooling solution, 4850's pretty hot

8800gt is pretty old.. but i wouldnt think HD 4850 would be as shit as the 8800gt.. HD 4850 owns the 8800gt
