For sure the vortex is `charging` the water and you are creating coloidal silver water.....You are doing it at the same time. Interesting! I make coloidal silverwater for years and always keep the water moving by keeping it warm from underneath....
Well, one thing is for sure if you like to charge your water get that battery/accu away from the water!

How can you be sure it is the CS bringing the water to "life". Perhaps it is merely the vortex doing so.

@gagekko I am not sure whats responsible, but the shimmering may be the cs, however the pulsation could come from the vortex memory, who knows?

you have a little fan blowing the two coloidal silverglasses to give the impression of movement.....you can see them in the reflection of the water. I make coloidal for years and it just lays there like it is supposed to, lol

@garnet4utube If I had a fan there would be movement going from one side of the cup to the other in a C shape. The movement is coming from the center, outward. However the camera didnt capture the effect that I was trying to show, which would have taken a detailed closeup that an expensive camera can do. It was alternating colors from silver blue to gold based on the waves.
Show me your CS process. How many volts? Do you stir it?
You can do something wrong for years, time tells nothing.
