  • Where is that? I fish Magnolia/Buras areas. P.S. Question about Storage in your Redfish 12. I have the same kayak. I have trouble being able to store a small ice chest for soft drinks/food behind my seat. I usually put it in the front hatch, and keep my Sam's Insulated Fish bag & small tackle box behind my seat. My Question: "How do you make room for storing your fish, food/drinks, & tackle?

  • @taiwarriorz21 I actually filmed Capt. Danny Wray for a promo video, but I too am also a kayak fisherman and own and use a Heritage Redfish kayak; key here is to fish "Light!" I only bring a small pocket box with baits, pack other gear into front storage, and keep a crate with poles & tackle in rear compartment. If fishing inshore I use a stringer, offshore, catch & release. This video was shot about 250 to 400 yards of the island of Grand Isle in the summer. Hope this helps!
