Hey man. you still use the RMX? My next buy's going to be a controller, but I want to save up and get a pair of iCDX's, so I can play CD's as well...Or do you think it'd be better for me to get an all-in-one? Don't forget, I have an external mixer now.

I havn't used CD decks for 2 years. I use a Numark DMC2 conteoller.

Ah, what happened to the RMX? Isn't that what you used before when I first started?

I was thinking about a DMC2 as well, but just for personal reasons, I'd like somethign that looks nice next to a 12" wide DJX700 mixer. That's why I'd prefer the iCDX's. If I had a standard rackmount, I'd love to get the DMC2.

What do you think about it though? Any chance you can post up a review video on the DMC2 and how you have it setup with VDJ?

I've had the DMC2 since it was released almost 2 years ago. No issues at all with it.

This video was made with a DAC2 Controller which I still use at home.

I sold the Hercules unit a long time ago - I prefer rack gear and a real mixer.

I also think it was a mistake that they blocked the audio, and you should of replied to Youtube and ask for it to be reinstated. A remix would most certainly fall under the Fair Use clause and WMG can suck it up.

Happened before and Youtube(Google) is known to stand by and support it's users if that is the case.

Big Record Label companies like to push well into extremes with the DMCA these days..

Virtual DJ Is most defiantly not a Kids Toy. The only issue with the software is the vinyl control. Other than that it's the best software on the market.

Make a sample of what you want. Then drop it in the sampler/looper.
