  • A long wait but a beautiful lift. Perfect back ,great core strength and perfect control on the way down. What weights do you normally train with?

  • I usually train pretty heavily on the deadlift. Warm-ups with 135, 225, 315, then do 405 or so for a working set and increase it again for another working set.
