Shifu (Master) Shi Heng Sheng is a 35th Generation Shaolin Disciple from the Songshan Shaolin Temple in the Henan Province of China.
Shifu Shi Heng Sheng began his traning at the age of 6 and completed the rigorous apprenticeship typical to Shaolin Disciples until his early twenties.
Shifu Shi Heng Sheng is skilled in traditional Shaolin forms, weapons, acrobatics and Sanshou fighting skills.
Since 2003 Shifu Shi Heng Sheng has been teaching Shaolin Kung Fu, Tai-Chi and Qi Gong to students of all ages in uk
