Springfield Bulldog built by Bob Hall for the 1932 Thompson Trophy Race in which it finished 6th behind Doolittle in a GeeBee R1. Only one was built and it only flew in a single race. Rob designed the model and it has a 34" wingspan and weighs 18oz. Amazingly, it's a good flyer. The plane can also be found on the RealFlight flight sim which was the inspiration to do it.....

  • Great looking plane. Saw it while were there. Looks like it flies as good as it looks!
